Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a motivated
Tow Truck Driver to join our team in Trois-Rivières, QC from
Sunday to Thursday starting at 8:00am to 5:00pm. You will play a vital role in our daily operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about automobiles, enjoy hands-on work and providing exceptional customer service.
What you’re responsible for:- Safely operating a tow truck (flatbed)
- Transporting customer vehicles to the branch
- Maintain accurate records of towing assignments, including vehicle information, pick-up and drop-off locations, and any special instructions
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure safe operation
- Performing general labour tasks that may include depollution, tire dismounting, etc.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors and customers to coordinate towing activities
- Provide our customers with excellent customer service!
QualificationsTo join our team:- Must speak French
- Valid Class 5 driver's license in good standing;
- Knowledge of towing laws, regulations, and safety procedures
- Ability to operate and maneuver a tow truck safely in various road and weather conditions
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
