Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of tour guides and staff, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Develop and implement engaging tour experiences that highlight local landmarks, history, and culture.
• Utilize social media platforms to promote tours and enhance the company’s online presence.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, logistics, and customer interactions.
• Monitor and assess team performance, providing training and support as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities with a strong focus on team motivation and development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; outgoing and personable demeanour.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Sault Ste. Marie’s geography, landmarks, and historical significance.
