A leading technology company in Mississauga is looking for a Total Rewards Partner to manage operational activities related to benefits, retirement savings, and wellness programs. This role requires over 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, providing subject matter expertise and managing initiatives aimed at optimizing employee compensation and benefits. The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, contributing to innovative ways of enhancing employee engagement and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Are you ready to champion evolution in a dynamic and agile environment? Reporting to the Total Reward Lead, as a Total Rewards Partner, you will manage the day-to-day operational activities of the Total Rewards area, providing subject matter expertise in the implementation and operation of programs and policies related to Total Rewards. You will be responsible for the execution and administration of our Total Reward offerings, including Benefits, Retirement Savings, Wellness, and Compensation. Your role will involve managing cyclical processes, contributing to system and policy reviews, analyzing compensation data, and addressing employee issues related to Total Rewards.
