Job summary

Aviso seeks a Manager, Total Rewards in Vancouver to lead compensation planning, incentives, benefits, and retirement programs. You will partner with Finance and senior leaders, oversee recognition programs, and ensure regulatory compliance across Canada.

A strong background in Total Rewards, HRIS, and pay equity is essential. You will work within Aviso’s People & Culture team to design scalable reward programs, analyze market data, and drive strategic initiatives that support Aviso’s growth and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
CCP certification is an asset.
7+ years in Total Rewards with at least 2 years in a management role.
Experience implementing enterprise recognition programs and driving recognition strategy.
Experience with compensation planning tools and reporting, and familiarity with Pay Transparency and Pay Equity processes.

Responsibilities

Lead annual compensation planning, including salary adjustments and incentives, partnering with Finance.
Oversee incentive, executive compensation processes, including communications and data validation.
Manage annual compensation surveys and market reviews, translating insights into recommendations.
Chair the Job Evaluation Committee and oversee job changes in HRIS.
Oversee benefits, disability, retirement plans, and program documentation.
Develop and operate Aviso’s enterprise recognition strategy and program.
