Are you a Google Sheets expert? Join our client in healthcare & medical gas as a Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst, managing data on compensation, incentives, and performance analytics.

Agilus is recruiting for a Total Rewards & Compensation Analyst-Term in the healthcare and medical gas industry in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a 3-month term role.

A typical day:

  1. Manage and maintain complex Google Sheets for compensation, total rewards, and incentive plan tracking.
  2. Extract and manipulate data from sales incentive programs to support internal analysis and planning.
  3. Handle and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, including employee salary data.
  4. Pull reports, analyze large datasets, and create visual dashboards and graphs for stakeholders.
  5. Use advanced functions such as VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, conditional formatting, and dynamic drop-downs to build tools that integrate multiple data points.
  6. Create rule-based spreadsheets to support the development of a comprehensive Total Rewards sheet for the entire health group.
  7. Compare current data with historical benchmarks to track progress and identify trends.

Successful candidates will have:

  1. Advanced Google Sheets skills – including nested formulas, pivot tables, data validation rules, and dashboard creation.
  2. Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  3. Solid understanding of financial principles and metrics.
  4. Ability to manage and analyze large sets of data with accuracy and attention to detail.
  5. Experience handling sensitive HR or compensation-related data is a plus.
  6. Familiarity with compensation, payroll, or HR data structures is beneficial but not required.
  7. Strong communication skills – Ability to convey complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  8. Fluency in French is an asset, but not required.
