Job summary

Fashion Heaven Inc. (Stockholm) is seeking a VP of Design & Product Development based in Toronto to lead the creative vision across Menswear, Womenswear and Kidswear.

The role includes setting seasonal direction, building the monthly drop strategy, and guiding a design team of around fifteen toward a unified creative point of view. Based in Toronto, the VP will collaborate cross-functionally with Production, Sourcing, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce and Retail, and report to the

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in fashion design at VP or equivalent level.
• Proven ability to drive modern, evolving multi-category collections led by storytelling.
• Experience working with global mills and vendors, including artisan manufacturers.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit and technical development.
• Budget ownership and margin management, with cost negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design team, seasonal direction and monthly drop strategy.
• Set seasonal themes, colour palettes, fabric direction and silhouette evolution for every drop.
• Build an aspirational top layer while elevating categories and everyday wear.
• Track trends and translate them for the North American market.
• Shape concepts that support storytelling and outfit building across the full assortment.
• Balance newness with performance and commercial focus.
• Collaborate with Marketing to reflect storytelling in seasonal themes and capsules.
• Present seasonal vision and product strategy to executive leadership.
