Job summary

Fashion Heaven Inc. is seeking a VP of Design & Product Development based in Toronto to guide the brand’s product vision and lead a small design team.

The role blends creative leadership with product development across premium outdoor apparel, coordinating with merchandising, marketing, ecommerce and wholesale. You will shape long-term direction, build cohesive wardrobes, and ensure designs translate to high-performing collections across global markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in apparel design at VP/Head/Creative Director level.
• Background in premium outdoor and lifestyle apparel across Menswear and/or Womenswear.
• Deep knowledge of technical fabrics and natural fibres.
• Strong understanding of fit, construction and quality standards.
• Experience working with international mills and manufacturing partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision from concept to campaign, setting seasonal direction.
• Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce and Wholesale.
• Lead a small design and product development team through tech packs to final approval.
• Drive fabric and trim innovation across natural fibres and performance fabrics.
• Present seasonal strategy to executive leadership and drive collaborations.
