About The Opportunity

Ensure all mold and tooling preparation, design, and repairs are promptly addressed to maintain continuous operations and meet all specifications.

• Interpret blueprints, tool drawings / designs, create engineering drawings for machining and spare parts, and implement engineering changes on molds and tools.
• Troubleshoot, solve, and perform mold and tooling repairs and retrofit work.
• Repair hot runner systems, valve-operated gating systems, water leaks, damages, etc.
• Fabricate jigs, assemble fixtures, and manufacture parts for auxiliary equipment & presses.
• Perform mold repair and troubleshooting activities during production runs.
• Perform regular mold preventive maintenance activities.
• Perform insert and version changes on molds.
• Work safely using all personal protective equipment in accordance with STW documentation.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement activities, including CI, 5S, and STW.
• Other duties as assigned.
