Job summary

RSM Canada is seeking an Assurance Senior Associate to join our Assurance Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice. You will work with public and private companies across software, e-commerce, and digital media sectors, leading audits and delivering high quality client service.

You will supervise staff, apply GAAP/IFRS, and travel up to 25% as needed. The role requires CPA licensure progress, 2–3 years of experience, and strong communication and project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license or progress toward CPA licensure.
• 2–3 years of assurance experience in public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audits of complex financial statements and related disclosures.
• Supervise Audit Associates on engagement teams and mentor staff.
• Apply Global Audit Methodology and communicate findings to managers and partners.
• Assist with client communications and deliverables, including board communications and letters.
