SuccessFactors Solution Architect

Role

The SuccessFactors Solution Architect acts as a key liaison between sales and delivery teams. With extensive knowledge of SuccessFactors, the architect supports sales activities and plays a vital role in delivery, including customer presentations and defining commercial pricing strategies. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with clients to understand operational needs and advise on SuccessFactors implementation.
• Develop solution architectures aligning with client business objectives.
• Work with cross-functional teams for successful implementation and system integrations.
• Conduct quality testing to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
• Provide ongoing technical support during and post-implementation.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge proactively.
• Support sales processes: scoping, RFP/RFI responses, SOW creation, solution design.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to tool and methodology improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum five (5) end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations in the last three (3) years, with certifications in two or more modules (Employee Central preferred).
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors integrations.
• Experience as Lead Consultant or SuccessFactors Solution Architect.
• Leadership confidence engaging with management at all levels.
• Excellent presentation skills, especially at the C-Suite level.
• Experience in selling SuccessFactors solutions (preferred).
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
