We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP FICO Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.

As a key member of the AMS team, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing SAP FICO systems, resolving complex issues, ensuring system stability, and collaborating with global teams to enhance business processes. Proficiency in English is required, and bilingual capabilities (English and French) are preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Incident and Problem Management :

Provide expert-level functional and technical support for SAP FICO modules, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.

• Analyze recurring issues and implement permanent solutions to enhance system reliability.
• System Maintenance and Optimization :

Monitor and maintain SAP FICO systems, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement SAP best practices
• Change Requests and Enhancements :

Collaborate with business users to assess and implement system changes or enhancements based on their needs.

• Develop and test configurations, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Group Reporting and Product Costing Expertise :

Support and enhance Group Reporting functionalities for consolidated financial reporting and compliance.

• Optimize and troubleshoot Product Costing processes, including cost estimation, cost allocations, and profitability analysis.
• Bank Communication Management (BCM) :

Maintain and enhance BCM configurations to streamline cash management and banking processes.

• Public Cloud Support :

Provide expertise in SAP Public Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry standards.

• Client Communication and Collaboration :

Act as the primary point of contact for AMS-related inquiries, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.

• Engage with cross-functional teams to align AMS activities with broader business objectives.
• Documentation and Knowledge Transfer :

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including incident resolutions, configurations, and user guides.

• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for end-users and junior team members.

Required Qualifications :

• Experience :

Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP FICO consulting, with a focus on AMS or support roles.

• Proven expertise in Group Reporting, Product Costing, BCM, and SAP Public Cloud.
• Strong experience in SAP AMS processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Technical Skills :

Deep functional knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, CO, and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP).

• Hands-on experience with SAP S / 4HANA is required.
• Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and client-focused approach.

• Excellent communication skills to interact with global stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-client AMS environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Group Reporting and Product Costing Expertise :

Support and enhance Group Reporting functionalities for consolidated financial reporting and compliance.

• Optimize and troubleshoot Product Costing processes, including cost estimation, cost allocations, and profitability analysis.
• Bank Communication Management (BCM) :

Maintain and enhance BCM configurations to streamline cash management and banking processes.

• Public Cloud Support :

Provide expertise in SAP Public Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational requirements and industry standards.

• Language Skills :

Fluency in English is required.

• Certifications :

SAP FICO certification or certifications in related areas

Educational and Certification Requirements :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in SAP FICO or relevant SAP modules are highly desirable.
