Role Overview

A vacancy has arisen for the position of Corporate Account Executive within Employer Solutions – Workplace Markets Team. The Corporate Account Executive is responsible for managing a portfolio of SME corporate clients to deliver a proactive wider Irish Life experience across health, pension, risk & wellbeing.

The person will have a strong Customer First mindset and be focused on building and maintaining long standing relationships with Irish Life SME clients and the brokers who are part of their service.

The role is to be the client’s primary relationship contact point with a deep relationship improving retention and cross sell opportunity.

Key Accountabilities

  • Leads the day-to-day engagement with clients & partners: builds strong relationships with clients & partners to contribute towards a positive overall customer experience, recording these on CRM for wider tracking
  • Bring newer proposition developments and regulatory changes to clients and partners across all lines
  • Prepares renewal quotes and presentations to support clients with their health renewal
  • Delivers client review meetings and is responsible for the production of client packs including benefit utilisation data and other engagement statistics
  • Supports clients & partners to ensure they are digitally empowered to manage their scheme(s) across different product platforms
  • Ownership and resolution of any complex day to day queries – liaising with internal operations departments to close out issues in a timely manner
  • Supports the wider Corporate Success Team and Workplace Markets function with day-to-day tasks to help the team deliver on the team’s sales and retention targets
  • Champions the customer agenda internally within ES and wider ILA: ownership and resolution of any complex day to day queries – collaborating with other business functions such as Pricing, Service, ILW, IT, Claims etc to solve client issues

Qualifications

  • Suitably qualified subject to MCC requirements, ie. APA in Health and/or QFA
  • Applicants should ideally have at least 3 years’ experience in customer service/sales support roles

This role is a ‘controlled function’ as defined by the Central Bank Reform Act 2010 Regulations 2011. Any appointment will be conditional on the company being satisfied that the appointee meets the requirements as set out in the Fitness and Probity standards issued by the Central Bank.
