Position Overview

This is a Title 32 National Guard position requiring military membership. The role involves leading a team of at least three mechanics in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex electronic avionics systems on aircraft within an Air National Guard unit. Responsibilities include overseeing repairs, conducting inspections, ensuring quality standards, and managing work schedules.

Key Duties

Requirements
  • Membership in the Michigan Air National Guard is mandatory.
