Job summary

Kal Tire in Cranbrook is seeking a reliable Shipper Receiver to manage tires and wheels flow in a fast-paced, hands-on role. This temporary position offers full-time or part-time hours for the contract duration, with an emphasis on accuracy and teamwork.

You will receive, inspect, and organize inventory, prepare and ship outgoing orders, and support store operations while following safety procedures. The role requires lifting 30-50 lbs and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Full-time availability for the duration of the contract.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs or more throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and able to take direction.
• Commitment to working safely at all times.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming tires and wheels
• Prepare and ship outgoing product accurately and on time
• Load, unload, and move inventory safely throughout the shift
• Check shipments for accuracy and damage, ensuring proper documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse area
• Support inventory control, including cycle counts and record accuracy
• Work closely with the store team to keep operations running smoothly
