Responsibilities

• Interact with Service Advisors to obtain work orders and customer requirements
• Locate tires and materials in inventory as per work order
• Retrieve customer vehicles, secure on hoist/jacks, and perform tire repairs, dismounts, and mounts
• Conduct additional maintenance such as oil changes
• Notify Service Advisor of additional service needs
• Maintain shop equipment and ensure safety standards
• Keep the shop clean and organized
• Manage inventory shipments and receiving
• Communicate professionally with customers about services and additional repairs

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract
• Mechanical aptitude; experience is a plus
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repairs
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer interactions
• Positive attitude and commitment to the role and company
