Qualifications

  • Customer service and relationship-building with customers and team members.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent organization, time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid Saskatchewan driver’s license; provide driving abstract as required.
  • Basic computer skills for daily operations.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 kilograms consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger, light truck, commercial, industrial and agricultural applications.
  • Inspect tires and wheels for inflation, wear, tread depth and damage.
  • Work with TPMS and monitor systems to ensure accurate readings.
  • Maintain service equipment and safety standards.
  • Participate in specialty tire work and related tasks (studding, retreading submissions, run-flat tires).
  • Complete required courses and certifications relevant to tire service.
