Job summary

Fountain Tire Calgary (Shepard) is seeking a responsible Tire Technician to join our team. You will inspect, install, balance, rotate and repair tires on commercial, OTR, and passenger vehicles while delivering friendly, professional service.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial or OTR tires preferred; training available for right candidate.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide a driving abstract.
• Able to lift up to 100 lb and work in varied weather conditions.

• Inspect, install, balance, rotate and repair tires on various vehicle types.
• Greet and assist customers with tire-related needs and sales.
• Maintain safety standards for yourself and teammates on the job.

Whatkind of person are we looking for?

• We are looking for someone with commercial or OTR tireexperience, but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s Abstract
• This work can unpredictable, physical, wet, cold, windy etc. and we need someone who willbe up for the challenge
• We need someone who can be on call after hours
• Must be able to lift 100 pounds if required
