Job summary

Kal Tire in Eckville, AB is seeking a tire technician to install, rotate, balance, and repair tires while supporting the shop's daily service work. You will help keep operations running smoothly in a team-based, safety-conscious environment.

This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the contract duration. You will gain practical skills and experience in the automotive industry through hands-on training and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

• Hours of Operation:
  • Monday to Friday: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
  • Saturday to Sunday: Closed

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
