Job summary

Kal Tire in Creston, BC, is seeking a Tire Technician to join a hands‑on, safety‑minded team. You will support daily shop work, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while keeping operations running smoothly.

This temporary role offers hands‑on training, a collaborative environment, and the chance to gain experience in the automotive industry. You must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and work at a fast pace.

Shifts may include weekends and will follow store hours.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active during shift.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day‑to‑day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full‑time and part‑time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
