Job summary

Kal Tire in British Columbia is seeking a Tire Technician to support shop service work, install, repair and maintain tires. This temporary position offers full-time and part-time hours for the contract duration.

You will be part of a safety-focused team, operating tire service equipment and providing reliable, hands-on care to customers’ vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.

As a Tire Technician, you’ll support the day-to-day service work in the shop, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while helping keep operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with full-time and part-time hours available for the duration of the contract.

You’ll be part of a team that works safely, supports each other, and takes pride in getting the job done right.

  • Monday toSaturday: 8:00 - 17:00
  • Sunday: Closed
  • Multiple Training Dates Starting: September 14, 2026

Shifts will be scheduled within store operating hours and may include weekends.
