Kal Tire in Calgary is seeking a hands-on Tire Technician to support daily shop service, installing, repairing, and maintaining tires while keeping operations running smoothly.

You’ll join a team that values safety, collaboration, and getting the job done right. The role offers both full-time and part-time hours for a temporary contract, with weekend scheduling possible in a busy store network.

Qualifications

• Previous tire technician or automotive experience or training is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs repeatedly and stay active throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Team-oriented with a practical, safety-first approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, remove, rotate, balance, and repair tires
• Safely operate tire service equipment and tools
• Inspect tires and vehicles to identify required services
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and use PPE at all times
• Support the team to keep workflow efficient and on schedule
