Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler - Tire Loader in New Glasgow, NS, to support tire manufacturing operations. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork in a safe, structured environment.

The position offers 12-hour rotating shifts from 07:00–19:00 and 19:00–07:00 with occasional overtime, full training provided, and a supportive team focused on quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling of up to 20kg
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work in a controlled environment with safety protocols
• Ability to work rotating shifts and occasional overtime

Responsibilities

• Remove empty product bobbins from tire building machines
• Read and confirm product tickets to ensure correct product being loaded
• Reload with product bobbins delivered from Prep
• Collect and return supplies used for loading products
• Refill cans of dissolution, thread, cut, and join product as needed
