Job summary

Hertz is hiring a Tire and Lube Technician (Utility Assistant) in a full-time capacity at our Richmond, BC location. You will perform tire rotations and oil changes on Hertz fleet vehicles, while supporting preventive maintenance and accurate reporting.

Training is provided and a background screen is required; a valid driver’s license with a clean record is essential. This role offers a practical, hands-on entry point in vehicle service with opportunities for growth within the Hertz network.

Qualifications

Wage: $20.35 per hour

Job Description:

A full time Tire and Lube Technician(Utility Assistant) performs tire rotations and oil changes on all Hertz fleet vehicles. Additional responsibilities include preventive maintenance and completing appropriate paperwork and reports. Follow all company service and safety procedures. Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

No prior mechanical experience is required. On-the-job training is provided. Must possess a positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn new things. All employment is contingent on the successful completion of a background screen. A valid driver’s license is required along with a clean driving record.
