Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Part Time Service Associate in Edmonton to ensure vehicles are ready for customer pickup and to assist with on-lot vehicle movement. You will drive and park cars, inspect for damage, top up fuel and fluids, and meet processing quotas while safely transporting vehicles outdoors in all weather.

Excellent customer service and adherence to safety policies are required. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent, 20+ years of age, and a valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to work on your feet and in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a vehicle is ready for customer pickup and drive/park cars on the lot.
• Check vehicles for damage and fill gasoline; monitor fluid levels.
• Meet processing and standardization quotas and transport vehicles safely within the lot/outdoor areas.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow all safety policies to protect company assets.

The Part Time Service Associate is responsible for ensuring a vehicle is ready for customer pick-up. Drive and park cars on the lot as needed. Check the vehicles for damage. Fill gasoline and check all fluid levels. Meet processing and standardization quotas. As well as transport vehicles safely within the off-airport market. Provide outstanding customer service. Follow all company safety policies and protect company assets. Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy and be required to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent is required. Must be 20 years of age or older. A valid driver’s license is required and a clean driver record. Must be able to work on your feet for most of your shift. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
