Primoris Canada is an infrastructure contractor serving major firms in the oil, gas, power, petrochemical, and heavy oil industries. Our services include tailings and hydro-transport pipeline construction and maintenance, storage tank construction and maintenance, industrial facilities multi-discipline construction and maintenance, piping fabrication, and pipeline integrity services.

Summary

The Timekeeper will handle daily administrative duties as assigned by management and support various departments both onsite and at the Corporate Office, including payroll, accounting, and human resources.

Start Date and Location

Anticipated Start Date: July 1, 2025

Location: CNRL Horizon - Fort McMurray, AB

Shift and Travel

Shift: 7&7 compressed

Travel: Flights provided from Edmonton or Calgary

Accommodation

Camp provided onsite

Job Duties
  • Enter daily timesheets into the DTC (Digital Time Capture) system
  • Submit LEMs to the client for approval as needed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve time entry discrepancies
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documents and reports
  • Request equipment, materials, etc., as required
  • Book flights and camp accommodations
  • Manage project files and databases
  • Assist in completing progress reports
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and memo creation
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and Skills
  • 1-3 years of site administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • DTC experience preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A degree in Business Administration or related field is an asset
