Job description

Tobler's Woodland Inc. is seeking an experienced timber frame carpenter with heavy timber
construction knowledge and skills to join our team. We are specifically looking for someone who
is a team player, who is keen and responsible in this job field. The successful candidate will have
the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the company and be part of an amazing team.

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to lift to a maximum of 50lbs. consistently
• Have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and ability to work 9hr days (some
  overtime may be required)
• Willingness to travel in Ontario
• Effective problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well individually and as a team
• CSA approved steel-toed boots required; safety glasses and hearing protection provided
• Ability to sand, stain timbers, and assist in handling timber
  frames
• Maintain equipment and shop tools
• Assist in building company infrastructures

Work Hours

• Monday - Thursday: 7am to 5pm
  Friday: 7am to 4pm
• Overtime may be required dependent on production requirements
