Job summary

Geoterra is seeking a timber cruiser to join our environmental services team in British Columbia's interior. This role involves significant fieldwork, data collection, and collaborating with teammates to support sustainable forest management.

You should have 1–2 years of timber cruising experience, a valid BC driver's license, familiarity with the BC Timber Cruising Manual, and CruiseMate software experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of timber cruising experience in the BC interior.
• Working knowledge of the BC Timber Cruising Manual.
• Valid BC Driver's License.
• Experience using CruiseMate application.

Responsibilities

• Perform field timber cruising and data collection as part of our environmental services team.
• Support sustainable forest management through accurate measurement and reporting.

Compensation

• $30-$40 per hr. plus overtime at time and a half.
