Term of Employment: Full-Time Permanent Employment
Language: English
Wage Range: $16.20/Hr to $17.00/Hr

We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons on Baker Drive in Dartmouth, NS. In this role, you’ll help lead daily operations, support team members, and ensure our guests receive exceptional service every time.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and guide staff in food preparation and service, creating a positive and efficient work environment.
  2. Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
  3. Train new employees on job duties, health and safety procedures, and company policies.
  4. Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Oversee cash handling procedures, including opening/closing tills and daily deposits.
  6. Maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications:

  1. Completion of High School or equivalent.
  2. Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  5. Flexible schedule, including availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
