Marek Hospitality is a Canadian company specializing in food services within Healthcare dining. Our teams of culinary and hospitality professionals share a passion for great food and service. We celebrate culinary achievement, encourage creativity, and reward our staff for outstanding work. We are currently recruiting a Supervisor for our Tim Hortons location. This role offers an exceptional experience, going above and beyond for our guests and creating a safe and enjoyable working environment for our staff. The schedule includes evenings and weekends.

The position will...

• Learn and become skilled in Tim Hortons' beverage and food stations
• Complete Tim Hortons training modules
• Maintain speed of service standards
• Cross-train to work in Marek Café while assisting in other areas of the unit
• Ensure food safety standards and procedures are upheld
• Handle cash and operate cash registers responsibly
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, supporting an environment that delivers outstanding culinary experiences

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The competencies and qualifications needed...

• Availability in the afternoons and evenings
• Availability on weekends
• Previous experience in Tim Hortons or similar fast-paced food service establishments
• Good communication skills in written and verbal English
• Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and cash management
