Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow traffic, conversion rates, and sales on TikTok Shop and Tokopedia.
  • Plan, monitor, and optimize promotional campaigns and seasonal events.
  • Track e-commerce KPIs and analyze performance data to recommend growth strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Ads Team, Graphic Designers, Livestream Team, Content Creators, and Affiliates.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate product listings including descriptions, pricing, and stock status.
  • Plan and execute online marketing campaigns such as discounts, flash sales, and vouchers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
  • Regularly report on key metrics such as sales, traffic, livestream performance, ads, and affiliate marketing outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience managing online stores or e-commerce operations.
  • Familiar with TikTok Shop and Tokopedia platform operations and strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data into actionable insights.
