Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-time TikTok Content Creator to help grow our TikTok presence, both for Senses and our clients. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller who understands platform trends and can turn a scroll-stopper idea into a high-performing video. You will play a key role in shaping and executing strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute TikTok content strategies from scratch
• Monitor trends and react quickly with original or adapted concepts
• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, tone, and visual identity
• Review performance metrics and iterate to improve results
• Collaborate with SENSES teams to align on brand and campaign goals

Qualifications

• Proven experience growing TikTok or similar short-form video platforms
• Deep understanding of Gen Z content and TikTok’s evolving culture
• Strong video editing and storytelling skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Able to manage or collaborate with UGC creators or influencers
• Detail-oriented with a passion for visual consistency and brand identity
• Familiarity with Ads or performance-driven content strategies is a plus
• Part-time position with flexible hours
• Remote friendly, but Canadian-based candidates preferred
