Halifax Tides FC is seeking an Account Executive to support all facets of ticketing sales, including group and premium tickets, while delivering best-in-class service to fans, partners, and community members.

The role involves implementing sales strategies, inventory management, and direct fan engagement. Strong organizational and communication skills, plus a passion for soccer, are essential for success in a fast-paced, community-focused club.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of stakeholders.
• Eagerness to learn ticketing and CRM software; experience with ticketing/CRM is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling fan and partner data.
• Passion for soccer and commitment to delivering top-tier fan experiences.
• Experience in ticketing operations is an asset in a sports environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as frontline representative for Halifax Tides FC, upholding values in dealings with fans and partners.
• Implement and adapt ticket sales strategies to maximize game attendance and revenue.
• Sell group and premium tickets, manage ticket inventories, and keep systems updated.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth matchday operations.
• Maintain and secure customer databases with data integrity.
