The Ticket & Retail Sales Attendant reports directly to the Ticket & Retail Sales Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers, inform them about boarding procedures, and print, sort, and distribute boarding passes
- Explain products, services, and prices; answer guest questions
- Collect outstanding reservation balances and payment vouchers from third-party distributors
- Make and confirm cruise reservations via telephone, mail, and computer; maintain computerized passenger space inventory and provide available space information
- Resolve customer complaints related to booking, ticketing, and special boarding needs
- Address guests by name and recognize special occasions
- Assist with retail inventory management and shelf stocking
- Explain and promote local products sold in the gift shop
- Use Point of Sale system to process payments for cruise tickets and retail items
- Notify guests of changes to their cruise date, time, or departure location
- Follow all safety, departmental policies, and service standards
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
