Ticket Agent - Bus Line

Location: Kenora, ON

Work setting: Bus company, on-site

Salary: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour (to be negotiated), 16 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Casual, part-time, day, weekend, shift, overtime, on call, starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities
  • Accept cash payments
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Assist customers in planning travel times and routes
  • Cancel or change reservations
  • Compute shipping costs
  • Issue tickets
  • Make and confirm reservations
  • Process credit cards, vouchers, and other payments
  • Provide information on cancellation, late arrival, and policies
  • Quote fares and rates
