Soogadin Field Services Inc. is hiring Third Year Apprentice Scaffolders for Suncor Fort Hills in Wood Buffalo, AB. Start date is October 15, 2026, with 12-hour shifts and 14 on/14 off.

Flights are included, accommodations provided, and travel from Edmonton, Calgary or shuttle from Fort McMurray is available. The role requires Energy Safety Canada tickets and insulation experience, plus safety certifications (CSTS, WHMIS, OSSA/CSO, H2S Alive, fall protection, confined space).

Qualifications

• Energy Safety Canada tickets are mandatory.
• Insulation experience with craft-level proof (Dispatch Slip, CLAC Hours, Letter of Employment, Ticket).
• Safety tickets: CSTS, WHMIS, CSO/BSO or OSSA Regional, H2S Alive, ESC Fall Protection, ESC Confined Space, ESC Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-access test will be administered.

Soogadin Field Services Inc. is now hiring Third Year Apprentice Scaffolders at Suncor Fort Hills.

Start Date: October 15, 2026

Shift:14&14

Hours:12 Hour Days- Night & Day Shift Available

Travel: Fly in/out from Edmonton or Calgary or shuttle available from Fort McMurray

Accommodations: Camp Provided

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: All Tickets MUST be through Energy Safety Canada

• Must have previous insulation experience andbe able to prove craft level:
  • Dispatch Slip
  • CLAC Letter of Hours
  • Letter of Employment
  • Ticket
• Complete and pass a knowledge check Questionnaire that will be sent to you by Spark Hire
• Safety tickets: CSTS, WHMIS, CSO/BSO or OSSA Regional, H2S Alive, ESC Fall Protection, ESC Confined Space, ESC Wood Buffalo Wildlife Awareness
• Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a pre-access test
