Job summary

Nespresso Canada, a division of Nestlé Canada, is seeking a Full Time Team Leader to champion operational excellence and superior customer experiences in our Calgary boutique. You will lead a high-performing team, coach on KPI targets, manage inventory software, and drive sales while delivering a premium coffee experience.

Requirements include 2–3 years of retail leadership, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to stand all day.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our team! This position is an existing vacancy. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.

• Passionate about coffee, sustainability, and eager to expand your knowledge of Nespresso coffees.
• 2-3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
• Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs
• Effective time management and analytical skills
• Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms.
