Job summary

Nestlé Canada is seeking a Full Time Team Leader at our Nespresso boutique to champion the brand, ensure operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales toward targets. You will lead daily coaching, analyze KPI performance, coordinate with store management, and balance administrative tasks with frontline service.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail leadership, proficiency with MS Office and inventory software, and the ability to stand all day and lift up

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience driving sales and leading a team in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software.
• Demonstrated excellence in understanding and driving KPIs.
• Effective time management and analytical skills.
• Ability to stand for an entire workday and repeatedly lift up to 23 kilograms.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Full Time Team Leader to join our team! This position is an existing vacancy. This role will be responsible for acting as an ambassador of the Nespresso brand while ensuring operational excellence as well as above and beyond customer experience. Additionally, you will play a vital role in driving sales and achieving our sales targets.
