Job summary

A leading marine engineering company is seeking a Third/Fourth Engineer responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of shipboard machinery. The ideal candidate will hold a Third-Class Engineer license, possess necessary safety training, and have experience with LNG. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to oversee the engineering personnel and lead maintenance initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Third / Fourth-Class Engineer license issued by Transport Canada.
  • Experience with Dual fuel (LNG) and basic training.
  • MED training in basic safety, firefighting, survival craft.

  • Lead preventative maintenance initiatives efficiently.
  • Ensure safe and proper operation of propulsion and auxiliary machinery.
