Shifts: Swing, Mon/Tue OFF, Sunday-Thursday: 16:30-00:30, Friday - Saturday: 17:00-01:00

The Position:

Executive Chef John Cordeaux and his culinary team are seeking a passionate and creative Third Cook to join their team at Casino Rama Resort. This role offers development opportunities within a professional culinary environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food under the supervision of the Sous Chef
  • Make cold trays and sandwiches
  • Prepare salads, dressings, vegetables, and fruits
  • Bake, roast, steam, broil, and cook food
  • Ensure proper presentation and garnishment of dishes
  • Maintain inventory
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Bring:

  • High School diploma
  • One year of recognized culinary experience in a fast-paced restaurant
  • Post-secondary culinary certificate or diploma (preferred)
  • Passion for food
  • Hot and cold food prep experience (preferred)
  • Career-oriented in the culinary industry
  • Desire to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
