Job summary

BN Progressive Products in Canada is seeking a production supervisor to oversee plastic/ rubber parts manufacturing. You will supervise workers operating processing machines, coordinate activities, and ensure quality and productivity targets are met.

Responsibilities include training staff on safety procedures, setting up equipment, preparing production reports, and coordinating with other units to meet schedules. On-site work only, environment may be challenging.

Qualifications

• Secondary school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• On-site work—no remote option.
• Ability to work in a noisy, dusty, odorous, and physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities
