Job summary

Durabuilt Windows & Doors is seeking aProduction Supervisor to oversee the daily activities of our manufacturing team on-site in Canada. The role involves coordinating workers who operate processing machines and oversee fabrication, assembly and inspection of plastic or rubber components.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to 2 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, good judgement, and the ability to train staff on safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Secondary diploma required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience preferred.
• On-site position with no remote option.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
