Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a structural/thermal analyst to plan and execute analyses on components and systems. This on-site role requires close collaboration with IPTs from design through production, with responsibilities spanning lifing, durability, and design allowables.

The position demands a Bachelor’s degree with 4–7 years or a Master’s/PhD with 2–5 years of experience, plus knowledge of heat transfer and CFD is a plus. Overtime may be required.

Specific structural engineering specialties may include dynamics and loads analysis, fatigue and creep assessments. This is a full‑time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Mississauga, and performed exclusively on‑site.

The salary range for this role is 78,000 CAD - 122,850 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
