Reporting to the Associate Director of Long Range Planning (LRP), the Long Range Planning (LRP) Operations Analyst is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining the integrated long-range operations plan with a five-year horizon. The analyst ensures alignment between business forecasts, manufacturing strategy, operational capabilities, procurement needs, human resources, and the organization's financial objectives.
As a strategic partner, the analyst works closely with teams across Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Human Resources, Finance, and Program Management to identify future capacity, workforce, and investment needs required to achieve the company's growth objectives.
The position is based at our Longueuil location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
Travel and variable schedules may also be required for interactions with suppliers, partners, and internal sites (manufacturing and assembly).
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
