Rate of Pay: $21.11 - $23.57

The Opportunity
Position Summary: Under close supervision, and in accordance with established policies, procedures, and care plans, performs a variety of routine client care support activities to optimize the functional abilities of residents. Duties may include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), instructing craft classes, assisting with social events, group exercises, and games. Responsible for other related duties as required.
Program Summary: Day Hospital – a community-based program for seniors experiencing physical, mental, emotional, and social concerns. Emphasis on assessment and short-term, goal-based therapies, including education, support, and various therapies.
