Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an active field-based District Pod sales professional in Ontario. You will drive sales, implement multi-channel plans and KPIs while delivering exceptional customer value to physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other HCPs.

Responsibilities include orchestrating customer engagements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing external experts to support ongoing programs and brand goals. Must travel with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales or similar environment
• Excellent medical/product knowledge and selling skills
• Ability to leverage face-to-face and digital channels to create value
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel with a valid provincial driver's license

Responsibilities

• Achieve/exceed District Pod sales, MCCP execution and KPI results
• Engage with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other HCPs to maximize patient reach
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer plans and budgets
• Lead customer/stakeholder interactions for assigned accounts
• Develop external expert advocates and manage programs within the account plan
