Their There is a busy, modern brunch and coffee bar operated by the team behind Michelin-starred AnnaLena. We’re seeking a FOH Manager to lead daily service and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You're passionate about hospitality, food, and coffee. You thrive in fast-paced environments, lead by example, and bring strong energy to your team. Brunch or coffee experience is a plus. We are especially interested in candidates who are eager to grow within a dynamic restaurant group.

What you’ll do:

1. Lead and support the FOH team during busy daytime service
2. Oversee scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
3. Provide warm, efficient, and standout service
4. Train new staff and support ongoing development
5. Collaborate with ownership to refine systems and enhance the guest experience
