A leading entertainment company is seeking a Theatrical Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and manage communication across guest touchpoints. Ideal candidates will have a diploma in marketing, 2-3 years of experience, and strong communication skills. This hybrid role is based in Toronto and offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team focused on enhancing guest experiences.

What you will do :
Reporting to the Manager Theatrical Marketing the Theatrical Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Theatrical Marketing team in Marketing-based initiatives including execution of programs related to driving awareness of theatre amenities & experiences guest engagement coordinating & tracking communication across the digital and in location guest journey for Cineplex theatrical initiatives and distribution of film specific assets. As a primary point of contact for all theatre requests the Theatrical Marketing Coordinator ensures all marketing materials align with brand standards contributing to cohesive & engaging messaging across all guest touchpoints.
This is a hybrid position ( 3 days in-office weekly ). Office location is 1303 Yonge St. Toronto.
