Job summary

Cineplex in Ontario, Canada, is seeking a Theatre Manager to lead operations across Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service and Retail. You will drive revenue, uphold company standards, and execute groups and events while building a positive team mood.

You’ll recruit, coach, and develop venue management, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory checklists, delivering memorable guest experiences in a dynamic cinema environment.

Responsibilities

What you will do:Theatre ManagerCineplex’s Theatre Managers are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. Theatre Managers work to ensure that Company policies, procedures, and standards are all being followed across the venue.
