We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.

As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, which fosters inclusivity and diverse customer connections. In this role, you will be responsible for role modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including in-store sales, web orders, and other goals as directed by the Store Manager. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate, and execute operational excellence will be key to your success.

Key job accountabilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assuming a leadership role to maximize store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintaining product knowledge and industry trend awareness.
  • Facilitating achievement of business results through responsive customer service, merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to build customer loyalty.
  • Coaching team members and providing feedback as directed by Store Management.
  • Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy within the store and district.
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Store Manager.
  • Opening and closing the store proficiently.
