We’re looking for a (Part-time) Supervisor for our Shoe Co. banner who will put their best foot forward.
As a (Part-time) Supervisor, you will report to the Store Manager and assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include modeling service standards, coaching, and leading the team to meet store objectives such as sales, web orders, and other goals set by the Store Manager. Success in this role depends on your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively, and execute operational excellence.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Maximizing store results by creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Maintaining product knowledge and industry trends.
• Encouraging responsive customer service, merchandise presentation, and operational integrity.
• Coaching team members to achieve success.
• Fostering teamwork, collaboration, and change advocacy.
• Maintaining open communication with the Store Manager.
• Opening and closing the store proficiently.

Qualifications:

• Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills and a strong desire to assist customers.
• Motivated, results-driven, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and closing shifts.

Pay rate: $18.95 to $20.94 per hour.
